Wise

allows a person to transfer money abroad fast and securely, at a much more favourable exchange rate than my bank allows. Indeed, in my case, offers a much lower fee also.

Below is a comparison between my bank and Wise when wishing to send £1,000 to the E.U. all made at the same time.

As you can see the quote from is significantly better by almost €40. My bank doesn't even charge a fee for payments in Euros so it shows just how bad the exchange rate they use is.
