Brickowner

is a property investment platform made available to all kinds of investors including retail.

Investments include buy-to-let properties and new-build developments, both of which provide attractive returns to the investor. Properties can vary from housing to business sites and even cemeteries.

All properties are located in the U.K., but investors from far and wide are welcome with one exception: U.S. residents are not currently being accepted.

Returns are realised via interest, dividends and/or capital growth, depending on the nature of the investment.

The minimum investment is £500 and following investments can be as low as £1.

There is also a secondary market should you wish to exit the investment, though it is important to remember that the market is illiquid and you will need to invest for the full period of the investment (assuming the investment time is finite) to recognise the maximum returns.

How much should I invest?

That is up to you and I cannot offer investment advice. As always you should not invest more than you can afford to lose as the value of investments can fall as well as rise. Although sources high quality properties, there is always a non-zero risk of default.

Individuals (not commercial operators) investing £1,0001 or more now on the primary market via my referral link will receive £50 or 0.5% of the initial investment, whichever is the greater2.

I haven't received my bonus!

Your Capital Is At Risk

Past performance is not a reliable indiciator of future rewards.

The value of your investment can go down as well as up. If you want to sell your position on the secondary market, there is no guarantee that you will be able to find a buyer within a reasonable timeframe at a price that is acceptable to you. P2P investments are not highly liquid assets. Yields may be lower than estimated. Defaults can occur.
